GlaucomAI's vascular phenotypes

GlaucomAI doesn't answer “glaucoma or not”. For a patient who already has glaucoma it asks what is most likely driving it, from where the patient sits in the NTG cohort:

• Pressure side: IOP at or above the 67th percentile (the top third).
• Vascular side: mean perfusion pressure at or below the 33rd percentile (the bottom third), or diastolic perfusion below 50 mmHg.
• Both give Mixed; neither gives No dominant driver.
• Flicker, when recorded: dilation below 1.5% is impaired and confirms the vascular side; within ±0.5 of 2% is borderline and should be repeated.

The labels are hypotheses for a clinician to check, not diagnoses.
